We use sublimation, a process in which ink is set into synthetic fabric using very high heats. When heated, the ink instantly because a gas that in turn is trapped in the fabric fibers. The transferred ink cannot be rubbed off and is evenly distributed within the fabric. You cannot feel the print on the fabric surface and it has amazing color stability and washability.

Generally, a custom made products is estimated between 6-10 days. Delivery is predicated on your delivery address and carrier used.

International shipments will have a declared value for customs purposes. The declared value is the drop ship value or amount paid by you.

what do I do?
Be Sensitive Studio and its manufacturing partners aim to offer quality products to well represent our brand. If you are a customer that received a defective product (a flaw that prevents the product from being used for it’s intended purpose), please let us know by contacting us with the order number and a few clear pictures of the problem. Products with mechanical issues are normally replaced, or sometimes credited in your account. Please note we must know about a defective product within a reasonable time frame. Sometimes items can be damaged in transit. In this case, we may need more information from you to help file the claim with the postal system.
As all items are made to order (custom), most orders are not eligible for a refund. If the item cannot be replaced, a store credit may be issued.
Unfortunately no. We do not offer exchanges for the wrong size. All of our items are made uniquely for you and a size that does not fit cannot be resold. Items are not returnable due to sizing issues. Since all garments are printed and made-to-order, we cannot replace/remake a garment that was not ordered in the correct size.

purchase terms and refund policy
Custom printed orders are non-refundable. If there is an issue with your order we will be happy to work with you to come to a solution. Since all of our items are handmade, there may be variations between or even within an order.
If there is an error with your order or if there are any changes you wish to make after your order has been placed, we require that you contact us within 8hrs of the order being placed or by the following business day if the order was placed over the weekend.
For any issue regarding an order, we must be contacted with 10 days of the ship date for Canadian and US orders or within 15 days for international orders or we may not be able to help resolve the issue. All returns are handled on a case by case basis. In most cases, Be Sensitive Studio and or James Woody (artist) does not cover the shipping cost of a returned item. Returns must be received within 30 days.
If your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
In an effort to reduce the impact of returned products, we reserve the right to donate or recycle any returned or undelivered items as deemed appropriate in its sole discretion.
